خصم 50٪ على رسوم التسجيل خلال شهر أكتوبر / تشرين الأول 2021 في العام 2011 أصدرت تركيا قانونا يسمح للأطباء الأجانب بالعمل في أراضيها وذلك نظرا للنقص التي تعانيه في عدد الأطباء وخاصة في القطاع الخاص .. في الدول الأوروبية يوجد 340 طبيب لكل 100 ألف من السكان أما في تركيا ف يوجد 156 طبيب لكل 100 ألف من السكان .. لذلك تسعى تركيا لزيادة عدد الأطباء وذلك من خلال فتح الباب لكل الأطباء من كل دول العالم بالعمل في أراضيها بشرط استوفاء كافة الشروط المطلوبة . في هذا المقال سنتعرف على الخطوات المطلوبة لكل طبيب للعمل في تركيا يشمل القوانين الجديدة التي تمت إضافتها في العام 2018. الخطوات التي يقوم بها الطبيب الذي يرغب في العمل في تركيا : 1) تعلم اللغة التركية. 2) اجتياز إمتحان المعادلة STS. 3) إكمال التدريب الإلزامي. الإجراءات الإدارية في وزارة التعليم العالي وفي وزارة الصحة التركية يقوم بها مكتبنا الإجراءات الإدارية للعمل في تركيا: الخطوة الأولى : تجهيز الأوراق المطلوبة للمعادلة الأوراق المطلوبة هي : 1) شهادة البكالوريوس الأصل موثقة من الخارجية . 2 ) شهادة كشف الدرجات الأصل موثقة من الخارجية . 3 ) معادلة شهادة الثانوية العامة في السفارة التركية في البلد الذي تقيم فيه أو في مديرية التعليم في المدينة التي تقيم فيها داخل تركيا . 4 ) صورة من جواز السفر . 5 ) توكيل رسمي بغرض إجراءات المعادلة ويترجم ويوثق في السفارة التركية. ملاحظة : مكتبنا سيقوم بترجمة الأوراق إلى اللغة التركية وتصديقها في كاتب العدل ( النوتر) داخل تركيا. الخطوة الثانية : يمكنك تسليم هذه الأوراق إلى مكتبنا في أنقرة أو إسطنبول .. وإن كنت خارج تركيا يمكنك ارسالها عن طريق البريد السريع كشركة ال DHL . الخطوة الثالثة : يقوم مكتبنا بترجمة الأوراق وتصديقها في كاتب العدل داخل تركيا ( النوتر ) ثم عمل معادلة لشهادة الثانوية العامة وملئ إستمارة التقديم الإلكتروني وبعد ذلك نسلم الأوراق الأصلية والمترجمة ومعادلة الثانوية العامة لوزارة التعليم العالي التركية وتقوم هي بفحص الشهادات ومراسلة الجامعة التي درست فيها للتأكد من صحتها ... ويستغرق الإجراء من 8 أشهر إلى سنة ... تسعى الوزارة لتقليل هذه المدة خلال هذا العام لتصبح 6 أشهر . ملاحظة : في السابق كانت الأوراق الأصلية تبقى في الوزارة إلى حصولكم على شهادة المعادلة ... لكن الآن الأوراق الأصلية يتم إعادتها مباشرة بعد فتح الملف في وزارة التعليم العالي. الخطوة الرابعة : تعلم اللغة التركية - يمكنكم تعلم اللغة التركية أونلاين من خلال هذا الرابط http://bit.ly/2R0mNdn​ الخطوة الخامسة : إجتياز إمتحان المعادلة STS : يقام مرتين سنويا في شهر فبراير وشهر أغسطس ويتكون من 120 سؤال في اقسام الطب الكلينكال والنجاح فيه من 35 في المئة والامتحان باللغة التركية ( بعد جائحة كورونا تم تغيير الدرجة المطلوبة للنجاح في الإمتحان من 40 إلى 35) . medicine 40 q pediatric 30 q general surgery 30 q obs&gayne 20 q. ملاحظة : - يمكن دخول الامتحان أثناء فترة السنة التي يتم فيها فحص الشهادات .. لا يشترط الإنتظار حتى إكتمال الإجراءات . - كل 4 أخطاء في الإمتحان تشطب واحد صحيح .. لذلك عند الإمتحان الأفضل ترك الإجابات التي لا تعرفها . - يمكنكم الحصول على كتب المعادلة من الرابط التالي : http://bit.ly/2DqjY21 الخطوة السادسة: تدريب إجباري في أحد المستشفيات الجامعية الحكومية لمدة تتراوح بين 6 و 9 أشهر في أقسام الطب المختلفة ( باطنية - جراحة عامة - اطفال - نساء وتوليد - طب الأسرة - طب الطوارئ ). ملاحظة : - بعد اجتياز إمتحان المعادلة واكتمال الإجراءات في الوزارة .. عليك اختيار 3 جامعات حكومية لعمل التدريب فيها وتقوم الوزارة بتوزيعك على إحدى هذه المستشفيات الثلاث. روابط مهمة : 1) الكورس التحضيري لإمتحان المعادلة التركية . https://bit.ly/36cN43y 2) كتب إمتحان المعادلة 2020. https://bit.ly/30f1a0A Contact us : info@welcomeinturkey.com 00905551572626 #Doctor

قرار مهم بخصوص المعادلة التركية للأطباء 16.04.2020 بعد أحداث كورونا وزيادة احتياج تركيا للأطباء اتخذت وزارة التعليم العالي التركية القرارات التالية : 1) تم تقليل الدرجة المطلوبة للنجاح في امتحان المعادلة من 40 إلى 35 درجة فقط. 2) كل الأطباء الحاصلين على درجات تتراوح بين 35 و 40 في أحد الامتحانات السابقة عليهم تقديم طلب الى مركز الÖsym وابراز نتائجهم القديمة وسيتم تقييم نتائجهم مرة أخرى. لكل أطباءنا الحاصلين على درجات تتراوح بين 35 و 40 في أحد الامتحانات السابقة عليهم التواصل معنا لنقدم لهم الطلب ل مركز ال ÖSYM ليتم تغيير نتائجهم الى النجاح. 00905551572626 info@welcomeinturkey.com #Doctor
