The intensive care unit is the unit where patients with serious life-threatening risks are treated. In terms of minimizing the vital risk, issues such as equipment quality, personnel expertise and hygiene are of great importance in intensive care units. In the intensive care units , patients are kept under 24-hour surveillance with state-of-the-art devices. Specialist physicians, nurses and health professionals responsible for patient care work in intensive care units. All advanced laboratory examinations, digital x-rays, doppler and ultrasonography examinations of our patients treated in intensive care units are performed, as well as CT (computerized tomography) and MR (magnetic resonance) services with the support of special equipment. In addition to these, mechanical and pharmacological life supports such as vasopressor drugs, mechanical ventilation, continuous dialysis are given.

Coronary Intensive Care Unit :
Heart failure
Follow-up of carotid stent applications
Follow-up of acute coronary syndrome and MI (myocardial infarction) cases
Follow-up of abdominal aortic and peripheral artery intervention cases
Tracking of rhythm disturbances, block or battery applications
Follow-up after coronary by-pass (CABG) surgeries
Follow-up after valve repair and replacement surgeries
Follow-up of life-threatening, vascular, heart and lung penetrating sharp and gunshot injuries
Follow-up of pericardial tamponade cases
Follow-up of sternum instability that may develop after surgery
Neonatal intensive care unit :
Premature (premature birth) follow-up
Pneumonia (lung infection) follow-up
Transient tachypnea of the newborn (respiratory distress) follow-up
Hyperbilirubinemia (newborn jaundice) monitoring
Follow-up of acute bronchiolitis and other severe bronchial infections
Follow-up of other neonatal diseases that cause respiratory distress
Follow-up after neonatal surgical procedures

Fellowship application process :
- The Required Documents :
1) CV.
2) University Diploma .
3) Speciality Diploma (Resident doctors can apply also ).
4) Any other international Exams.
5) Cover Letter
Application fees : 500€ Refundable
We have partnerships with more than 50 university hospiatals around Turkey . Evaluation process take from 30 to 90 days , if you have been accepted we will send you the acceptance letter from the university hospital , then you have to complete the payment , if not you'll get the application fees back.
